Where to Find the Best Christmas Bargains and Stocking Fillers?
Ask a Question
Soooooo where is everyone finding good quality stocking fillers at good prices?? Please let us know where we can get a lot of our shopping done - in one place
Started buying things like biscuits to put away. Got them from waitrose. We don't have cheap supermarkets like aldi.
Jerseydrew No, no, no. Check the expiry dates first. Most discounts begins in November and some of them are proper bargains to be put away until Christmas Day. A word of warning after Christmas. The charity shops are full of brand new goods donated sealed and the price tags attached to them.
I try to fill stockings with useful everyday items that the person will use or treats like their favourite sweets/chocolates/biscuits, (not cheap plastic tat). I usually go for some of these, hopefully useful ideas:
Chocolate
Sweets
Biscuits
Nuts/other snacks/treats
Some nice coffee/tea/hot chocolate
Shower gels (I like the Superdrug or Aldi ones, cheap but smell lovely and cruelty free)
Bath bombs (Primark usually around £1/£1.50, lots of fun designs and cruelty free)
Make up (if they like and wear make up)
Mini perfumes (Primark ones are £2.50 for small ones I think 15ml and they smell lovely and are cruelty free)
Bookmark (if they like reading)
Notebook and pens (if they’re into stationary)
Essential oils (TK Maxx have good prices)
Socks
Wax melts/candles
I don’t tend to look to one place to buy stocking fillers but tend to buy them as I go, I guess thinking about it, Primark, Superdrug and then supermarkets
If I spot a bargain on Latest Deals or in the shops as I travel around I buy it & put it away, got a few presents put by for Christmas & Birthday
It all depends on who their for, what age bracket ete etc but I do pick up bits and bobs that I feel are a good offer and could go to various family and friends. I have already bought my tubs of chocolates and put them by, that was when they were on offer for 2 for £7, even though that offer will probably be on offer again.
I always keep an eye out for gifts anywhere really and it’s a bargain too when they are on sale!
I buy a lot through the year if I see a bargain, got lots from Amazon, home bargains The range, do buy fro Argos not a much as I used to as they have shut the big one near us that had easy access, also the £1 shop for chocolates etc for the grandchildren

Hi just seen this topic my opinion cheapest gift’s we can get from Home bargains,B&M and saver’s personal experience hope will help your find some bargains
I start shopping in the January sales normally and pick up stuff as I go. It is getting harder now my son is getting older though so I tend to focus on other family members first then do him nearer the time.
I constantly search for deals and sales. TK maxx, argos, primark and amazon are some of my favourites for picking up gifts. Amazon often price match shops so it can sometimes be more convenient to order from them.
