eBay Seller Nasty What ,If Anything Can You Do?

Not only did an eBay seller refuse to take back a product that broke after three days but was insulting,saying we were lying vandals!
Apart from negative feedback is there anything can do about them?
A business seller cannot refuse a return on ebay. No matter the reason. A private seller can but ebay will generally step in & refund. If it's over 30 days tho than its outside return window sadly.
Sarahvwomble Contact Ebay anyways. They are very good at helping buyers. 9 times out of 10 ebay will refund you. Ann's correct when she says Ebay moniter messages so they will see all correspondence between you & seller. Failing that try contacting PayPal. You are protected I believe for 60 days with PayPal.
Glitterandgold must be me being thick but could not find a way to contact eBay at all,just lists of answers to questions that didn't fit!

Log into your account. At the bottom of that page, click contact ebay. Click return an item for a refund. Should then put you through to live chat with Ebay. There may be a waiting time.
Sarahvwomble I had a similar case last year when the seller was putting me off with delaying tactics until it became way past the time I could do anything about it. Go on to the ebay forums and ask for help from the incredibly savvy members who are willing to advise and help. When I thought I had been well and truly 'had' their advice got my money back.
I would contact ebay anyway as someone else suggested. I believe they would want to know how their sellers are behaving!
