If You Have Elderly/vulnerable People on Their own.I Recommend the Echo Flex

Other

If you have elderly/ vulnerable people that live on their own. I highly recommend the Amazon echo flex. ( On offer on here for £9.99 ). You can set them up, that they can ask Alexa to call loved ones if needed.

You can just plug them in at the bottom of the stairs, by the back door next to their bed etc. So if they have a fall or need help they can just ask Alexa to call you.

jigsawx3x I think all pensioners should be given broadband free , the technology with things like Alexa could help save lives and relatives could keep an eye on them to ensure they are ok

I definitely agree. I live in a flat and I share my wifi with my elderly neighbour. She is even in reach to be signed in to our prime 😊.

Seems a great idea and even paying for broadband might be cheaper than having one of push button alarms.

I've read somewhere recently they may be able to get video doorbell for free if they are vulnerable. uk.finance.yahoo.com/news/council-providing-ring-doorbells-eligible-140537704.html
