How much exercise do you do in a day. What exercises do you do to stay healthy. I often do squats and that's it.

I walk at least an hour each day and more when I can. keeps my weight under control and has loads of health benefits

Reply10000 steps and 6 x 1 hour classes a day. I alternate weight training and cardio. I'm not thin! I train for fun!

ReplyI walk the dog every day for about an hour & go the the gym a few times a week.
I have a fitbit so on the days where im not at the gym I make sure I hit my 10,000 steps another way!
