Tried to send birthday message with nice picture background. Couldn’t change text colour. When I sent message all the background disappeared into just plain text and white background? Says save draft which I did twice but nowhere to find it/them? I find Facebook help menu useless. Anyone know why? Thank you.

I gave up with social media ages ago. Nothing is easy and I am not sure how people even use it. Sorry I can't help but at least you're not alone

I think if you exceed a certain number of words the background loses its font.

Nadiaparveen I just counted someone else’s on birthday person’s timeline and it’s less than my word count and still had background!? I don’t know.
