Feeling Low so Actively Looking for Good News Stories

Today, I am feeling a little low, so wanted to read some good news stories to cheer myself up. Stories of good deeds, something to counteract the negative. It doesn't have to be anything big, so I went to the BBC, no joy, the Metro normally have some light hearted stories but again nothing,just gloom and doom.
So as a last resort, fellow deal hunters do you have any local good news stories to share ? Something that made you smile today
Hopefully, after a good night's sleep,I will be in a better mood tomorrow.
I think what this chap is doing is amazing for these kids, creating personalised bears for their medical condition. This week the fund raising so far will allow 133 to get bears without payment.

I read the Daily Star online everyday and you get the weirdest stories on there. Everyday I pick one out and tell my husband. That cheers him up.
Not a news story, but the little girl in these posts always cheers me up as she’s so cute 
Sorry to hear you are feeling low. I wish I could say or do something for you personally to put a smile on your face but all I can do is share my own good news..............I am to become a great grandmother later this year. As you can imagine, knitting needles are out and I am entering every baby competition I can lol.
And speaking of comps after a dry spell of about 7 months I have finally won a comp. Not the one I would have liked but my pregnant granddaughter will love it.....all the Rathbone folio book prize winning books, she is an English teacher lol.

I saw on the Jeremy Vine this morning that a guy convinced his daughter she needed to ride her bike to get the tv to work . She's watching Into the Spiderverse and he carefully pauses it everytime she stops pedalling .
