LatestDeals.co.uk is not a shop. It does not sell any products. You need to send a message to the retailer you bought your product from, which is not LatestDeals.co.uk.

But I saw the deal on your website...

LatestDeals.co.uk is a community forum, similar to a Facebook Group, Reddit, or online forum. Members of the public share information with each other about deals, vouchers, freebies and competitions. You may have clicked one of these deals, gone to a retailer's website and than bought the product from that company.

Again, LatestDeals.co.uk is not a shop. We do not process any payments for consumers, nor sell any consumer products. We therefore cannot give any refunds because we are not a shop and do not have your money to refund.

• If you paid by credit card - Contact your credit card issuer and ask for a refund under Section 75 of the Consumer Protection Act.
• If you paid by debit card - Contact your bank and ask for a refund via Chargeback. This is a voluntary measure but many banks do give it.
• If you paid by PayPal - Login to PayPal, find the transaction, and Raise an Issue. PayPal can help you get a refund.
