In-Ear Earbuds - What Do We Think? Yes or No?
Ask a Question
There was a pair of non-wired ear pods in the broadcast this evening.
Seeing these made me think it the x2 3rd Gen Apple Airpods I’ve already lost (I know why by a second?!.)
I buy them for superior quality, sound Levels, and especially for the quality noise cancellation, however, I always seem to lose one.
How does everyone else feel about non-wired earbud?

The price of headphones always makes me shudder. I am reminded of people who spend a fortune on hi-fi speakers. Unless you are a musical maestro with high end hearing and ultra discerning lug ols shelling out loads of money on expensive audio equipment is all but wasted. Most people have average sound perception ,others are all but tone deaf .As long as speakers aren't buzzing, chiming or sounding tinny then they're pretty much ok.
MelissaLee1 i disagree here, i certainly am no musical maestro but can definitely tell the difference between cheaper and high end audio products. When you hear music with the more expensive products it shows you how much you miss with cheaper alternatives.
Wireless is way more convenient but i am always worried one will drop out or I’ll lose one. I only have a cheap pair so it’s not a massive deal but i think if i had AirPods I’d just be paranoid when using them.
I can see the value in these but I can't wear them - the earbuds hurt my ears! I use over the ear wireless which are great quality, gentle on the ears and more secure
I love my AirPod Pro buds, the noise cancelling is amazing.
First time I wore them I wondered why a dog was bouncing up and down behind a fence as I walked past.
Turns out the hound was barking at me, I had no idea.
I have these which cost me £14.99 back in December 2022 and they're really good if I ever want to use them. Plus, it uses USB-C for charging so that's even better than the old ones I had (Micro USB).
Moreover, my old earbuds felt cheap and the box to store them in was flimsy so certainly not a good purchase. It cost me £12.98 though it felt more like at best it was worth £4.99 (if it were via AliExpress, it would have been).
