Job Interview

Wouldn't it be nice if you already know exactly what questions a hiring manager would be asking you in your next job interview? Unfortunately we can't read minds
Sometimes even knowing the answer to a question isn't easy because the interviewer(s) might be looking for a specified, or somewhat different.
For example, you can drive down the same road for 30 years and there's about 50 different scenarios that can occur, rather than the same one.
I find that job interviews are somewhat similar to online surveys. They are looking for specific answers from specific types of people, and you don't know exactly what questions are going to be asked.
Interviews are frightening and the trouble is there are no hard and fast rules. I have been interviewing recently and even I find it difficult. Some companies especially larger companies really want you to sell yourself, I prefer to get to know the person to see if they are a good fit for the company so I like the informal approach and am more likely to be turned off if I am continually told how amazing you are. A willingness to work and learn is important to me. Good luck
That's how I got selected for my first job. Straight out of college, I had the willingness to learn and work. I was confident to take up challenges. Even though I didn't know the answer for a technical question, I was selected
you can prepare for an interview by having lots of examples to give to demonstrate what you are telling them about your skills. hard work pays off
I feel that it all boils down to personal charisma in the end and whether that interviewer takes a like or dislike to you as soon as you enter the room. You could have someone who knows all the right things to say but gets brushed aside by a charmer. Obviously the interviewer must make sure the person they choose has the qualifications for the job but I reckon they should be blind interviews like on The Voice lol.
Google "be my interviewer" loads of videos and QA section from loads of various sectors from banking, customer service, sales, engineering etc.. Watch videos closest to your sector. Rule No.1 research your company as most companies ask "Can you tell me what you know about our company"
Knowing the balance sheet is not that important but the values they have and how you will fit them values will help you!
With me I prepare questions and how I would answer them spend so long practising answers in front of the mirror. Then when I go for the interview I forget everything that I ever practised and my answers are the most ridiculous answers you'd get. Think when I get home sit on my bed and sulk for the rest of the day
I was so nervous before my first interview. Thank God I gathered lot of confidence just before entering the hall. Thanks to my bestie who was with me outside the hall, giving me strength and confidence
