Do You Have a Lawnmower That Cuts Wet Grass?
Ask a Question
My current lawnmower has decided to stop working. So I’m researching the best type of roller, electric lawnmower to buy, and obviously the cheaper the better.
I keep seeing lawnmowers that claim to cut wet grass. This would be great as sometimes it can take half a day before the grass is dry enough after a heavy rain or dew.
But my question is: do you have a lawnmower that cuts wet grass? Is it effective? I read that it isn’t great for the mower, it can tear the grass, damage soil, and grass collection can be bothersome. I also read that it can spread fungal disease in the grass.
Is it just another gimmick? Would I be better sticking to a ‘normal’ lawnmower that is good at cutting dry grass only?
