I dont understand why people take their dogs out of the house in this weather if they are just going to leave them in the car.

People who do that should be banned from having pets for 2 years or more and be made to take a course to have pets again.

I hope they come back as a dog with owners as cruel and feckless as they are now....I have seen dogs fitting which caused irreversible brain damage all from heat stroke by being left in cars. Heartbreaking ☹️

Hi nipperjwb people who leaves there dogs in the car in this heat should have it done to them and let's see how they like it. It's dame right cruel. I've dogs but never take them out in this heat. I am likey because I live on a farm and the dogs have a hole field to them self. They got a kids pool which I got 3 full with warm water. But the top of the day when it's hot they stay in doors. Then later they can go back out when it's cool. It breaks my heart to see dogs treated this way. I though there was a law for it. They should have the dog took away and band for life from having any pets. Would like to see them in a hot car. Then lets see what happens to them Image

I can't believe some people are willing to even risk it with their dogs. We know how hot it is for just us in the car, let alone a small animal. I definitely agree with police who are breaking dogs out of them!

I’m afraid if I saw a dog struggling in a hot car I wouldn’t wait for 999 response. I would risk arrest to save a dog. I just can’t understand people I really can’t.

The same sort of idiotic, unthinking moron in the paper today who 'accidentally ' left his one year old twins in his car for 8 hours in 86 degree heat. Obviously they both died and commenters are making excuses for him. THERE ARE NO EXCUSES, where the heck did he think they were???

Would I? Unless the dog is physically out of air, then I suppose so.

This scene is fitting:

Now, if it was humans considerably far more important? I'd maybe give 2-3mins before smashing a window.

Look what happened in the Bronx
