It can take up to 4 weeks for these sort of things to arrive so I wouldn't worry about it yet. You might not get a response from them either. Give it 30 days and if it doesn't arrive contact them again.

Congratulations.

It has only been around 7 working days.

You win provisionally until you claim and respond with your details (I recently won a £5 voucher with Cadbury's) You then need to consider that they need someone to read your details and get it ready to post, then the postal service can take time.

Most prizes in general suggest around 30 days to wait.

These specific terms ask that people contact them after 28 days of the prize acceptance if they haven't received them.

www.cadbury.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/cadbury-memory-bars/

'Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Memory Box to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

Prize Acceptance: Fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a Prize does not arrive within 28 days, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing cadburyalzheimers@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Memory Box at its sole discretion.'

There were 1000 winners for this competition alone and they host multiple competitions at once, it can take time to organise everyone's prizes.

Many thanks once again for explaining the rules to an old wrinkly.By the way this morning I had notification that I had won the £2000Bike and Hike competition which I reluctantly had to turn down dueto a relapse in my medical condition. Terry.
