Question of the Day
Other
We all know that many competition sites like to give you a question to answer correctly for your entry to count, and these are usually deliberately easy to encourage lots of entries. However occasionally they come up with some really odd ones. My favourite comes from Womans Own magazine (and quite a few other magazine sites)
Choose the correct answer to the following question to be entered into the prize draw:
What is the right answer?
- 1
- 2
- 3
Now of course you can be smart and read the prize blurb and its clear the product they are giving away comes in 3 sizes, and each box contains 3 products so the correct answer is.....
1! obvious really!

Tell me about it. One comp recently had a sort of mini trampoline type exercise equipment where the blurb said 10 minutes on the prize item was equivalent to 30 minutes of walking. The question asked how many minutes on the trampoline is equivalent to 30 minutes walking so for a whole week I was putting 10 minutes only to be told bad luck, that's wrong. I started putting 30 minutes knowing it was wrong until days later I got the bad luck message again. That wasn't the first time.
Lynibis there have been a few "wrong" answers on these questions over the years. Its not so bad when you realise this early enough but still annoying!
