I think it’s best to have the option to change otherwise things can’t improve for you. You could change workplace but do same job, don’t have to completely change career unless redundant.

I have never stayed in job for very long. I have either moved, had children or just didn’t like the job. I have had a varied career so I would say I prefer to change.

My partner has been in the same job for 30 years, done everything from running Moving & Handling Courses,Pat Testing,Assistant Manager to Support Worker..

Says he should have walked out 20 years ago but he got Dementia!

100% change career every few years, the thought of having to do the same thing 5 times a week for 30 years is terrifying
