I love scrolling through Instagram or Pinterest and finding lots of positive quotes, it does help boost my mood.

The best film quote I actually use in practice is: 'Can you smell that?' When Channing's character in The Lost City (2022 film) says that the help Sandra's character, to stop and take a deep breath in. I use this in practice now, if I'm struggling to breathe for whatever reason, if it is panic or forgetting to breathe through my nose correctly. I think 'Can you smell that?' and take a deep breathe through my nose.
Some of my day to day favourite quotes that help if I'm feeling negative:
