Click on your profile picture then choose the dashboard option & it shows your points balance and when you reach enough points it should just say redeem (if I remember correctly)

I've already done that and I was told an email with the voucher was sent 6 days ago

Check your spam/junk, the email should have been headed Tom of Latest Deals sent you an Amazon Gift Card! If you can't find it contact LD via the contact form.
