For me I would have to say Labradors mine has helped me when I was grieving when I lost my mam and my grandma in April 2020
I would say my family dog helped my dad when my mum died it was so weird it was like she knew it was going to happen

i dont think theres just those, any family pet can bring comfort in their own little ways some more cuddly and sensitive than others
