Should We Stop Changing the Clocks?

The Clocks went back this weekend!
Do you think its high time that we stopped messing with the clocks, 'springing' them forward and 'falling' them back?
You change your clock?! We only change the time… 
Seriously though I do often wonder if we should just stick with GMT.
It's very annoying if you have young kids or a baby because it completely throws their routine out. My daughter is so confused because it's now light at bedtime.
No. This is what I have been used to all my life and I will not be pleased in altering this routine whatsoever.
Changing the clocks doesn't bother me. It doesn't affect our families routine, bedtimes etc and I'm used to doing it. Don't see the benefit of stopping the clock change.
Why did you put your clocks back, I put mine forward at this time of years, no wonder some people get confused.
