Any Tips on How to Combat Vertigo?

Does anyone have any tips on how to combat vertigo? My mum is really struggling with it. She said going to bed is the worst when she turns from side to side it feels like she is dizzy and falling. Any advice?? Many thanks

Are you sure it's vertigo..blood pressure can make you feel like this...you can go to a chemist and they will happily do this check for you.

It may be fluid trapped in the middle/inner ear. My partner took some meds for it and it passed. Good luck
