Under-the-Tongue COVID Vaccine Could Be on the Way after Trial on Monkeys

In the News

If you have a fear of needles then this could be one reason you might refuse to take a covid jab and increase your chances of catching the virus, more concerning now cases are on the rise again

But scientists in Japan have been testing an under the tongue vacccine on primates that has given good results with limited or no side effects

This can only be good news if successful

Well, that's for me then! But I wonder how many monkeys understand when you ask them to stick their tongues out & lift it up so the dose can be administered 😆😂

If I had a choice I would prefer an oral dose of vaccine whether Covid or flu. Hope it passes their trial.
