Feedback

You order something and eagerly await its delivery, when it arrives you find it broken, what's the worst delivery you've had and was it dealt with?

I ordered plates from sports direct and paid next day delivery with 🙄 Hermes , sports direct sent the plates in a bubble bag which it looked like they'd been popped and then stuck in a black bag 🙄 no box no fragile ... So i got 9 smashed plates and customer service are a joke. They will refund the plates maybe but not the delivery. Got to be the worst delivery ive had. For over a week ive had the black bin bag in my hall containing the smashed plates they look like they've been run over repeatedly. It's unreal how smashed up that they are. When i showed the driver she was so shocked and i said where's the bull that smashed them, still waiting on sports direct to sort it.

Not helpful to wait 7 days if you've paid someone to put it up and have to wait.

There was a glitch that was shared on facebook. It was a bracelet. I ordered it for my mum to have as an extra xmas present. The next day the delivery turned up. It was a big box. Mum said it weighed nothing. I thought that's odd. A massive box for something so little. I opened up the box to find no bracelet just air. There was no way I could contact the seller.

I ordered a ring from ag vintage. They said that I would be able to track the delivery and would receive emails to keep me updated. Has been over a month and have received no information. Have contacted them soo many times. My emails are always ignored and they only replied through messenger. Saying that they will give me the updates a whole week later no information. Waiting for the 14th of this month to get a refund. So disappointing was looking forward to receiving the ring 😞

Absolutely everything delivered by Hermes in the last six months. They've told companies that I refused delivery when they haven't turned up and have just instantly sent things back. They've left parcels in the bin on bin day. They've been abusive to me through the letterbox after I've shut the door on them for shouting and left me in tears. We have a directline to their complaints dept now and just assume anything delivered by them will have to be chased. Probably more my individual courier than the company as a whole but he's a thoroughly unpleasant little man.

Peanut butter escaped its large tubs causing so much waste. The supplier soon sent replacement but it took ages to clean worktops and clothes. I hate the smell and taste of it but it’s a staple for my energetic cycling husband who eats it daily AND insists on Meridian 100% nut.

Delivery isn't that bad but the way they packaged items bought a mud guard for a pedal bike and the box it came in was was so big I couldn't get it through the front door without help not heavy just bulky

Foundation cam in a box size of a kettle box 🙄

I assume the items are packaged by robots! I ordered a small facial oil about 3x1.5 inches and it came in a box which would have been ideal for shoes.
