Oven cook - From Chilled: For best results remove from fridge for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.

200°C, 400°F, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 15 Mins
Preheat oven. Season steaks lightly with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a heated pan and fry the steaks for 1 minute per side. Transfer onto an ovenable tray and cook. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
