A sweet and spicy stir fry sauce made with red chillies, garlic and rice vinegar.
Ready in few simple and quick steps!
- Get you Wok really hot, then add a splash of oil.
- Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes until nicely sizzling, then add the vegetable of your choice.
- After 1 minute, pour in the stir fry sauce and heat through for a further minute.
- Toss in cooked Blue Dragon noodles, or serve with steamed rice and enjoy!

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 400g chicken breast
- 2-3 spring onions
- a handful of mangetout
- a handful of babycorn
