Instructions:
- Remove packaging and soak in warm water for at least 30 minutes until softened.
- Press through a sieve into a bowl with the back of a spoon to remove any skin and seeds.
- The strained product is the tamarind pulp. It can be used as an ingredient for curries and tamarind chutney preparation.
