I always feel like I want a dessert after dinner. What's your favourite dessert? Anything that goes with custard would be mine. Especially cake.

I like to have a dessert after dinner. I make my own. Sticky toffee pudding with cream, jelly and cold custard , ice cream and fresh cream, bowl of fresh fruit salad with cold custard . I find if I have a dessert after a meal I don't look for any thing else. I am full so I am not snacking. I've lose just over a stone in Wight by just doing this. And I feel better for it.

I don't always have a dessert, but always want one. I wouldn't say no to a big slice of cheesecake
