Do You Still Eat out for Dates ? or Do You Tend to Have Date Nights in Now ?
Ask a Question
I have noticed that me and my hubby, haven't been out for a meal for over a year now.
So I treated us to a nice meal in.
I was wondering if other people are noticing, that they don't do these little treats anymore.
My husband and I haven't been on a date for about 9 years! We occasionally take our son out to McDonald's and if my mother in law is visiting we will take her to her favourite local restaurant. We were never ones for eating out that often.
I have a limitless pass for Odeon . With that I do like to go for a movie with my wife and also yeah we do eat out but normally our date meals are in the days when the kids are at school and college but very rarely we do go out in the evening .
I do love just staying at home with a takeaway and movie. It does not break the bank and a lovely treat.
AmyPitchers thank you for responding.
That seems to be our favourite date night too now
I like to go out for something to eat, as there's nothing better than someone else cooking your dinner and doing the washing up.
We haven't been out for a while. My OH is a chef so we have great food at home, although he does make a huge mess in the kitchen.
Being a singleton I cannot remember the last time I went on a date! However, I do occasionally go out for a Toby carvery with my best friend, mostly when I get a discount voucher via email. Last week we both had a carvery and asked for two tap waters and it cost £8.49 total.
My younger son lives local so have a meal round his regularly and older son lives further out so takes me out for lunch when we visit each other. I probably do better than some couples for eating out lol.
