Recently had a email from e.on telling me that i am going to be moved to e.on next has anyone had the same email

I was moved a few months ago seem ok but I still can't apply for the warm discount where as all the other ones are open

I was moved over to e.on next and I have just spoken to them yesterday and you can still apply for the warm discount as I asked them yesterday and they said in due course we will be contacted for the information again to reapply for it
