When I read this headline, I thought how disrespectful young people are these days, only to be surprised on reading the article that the man concerned was 42!
This brought home to me, that I have unconscious bias, do you find you make assumptions on reading certain headlines?

Whenever I have ill timed thoughts I stop myself and examine my own conscience. Always keen to understand what upsets me and why especially when I am really offended for seemingly little purpose. try to act and not react.
