Wanting a Portrait of Our Dogs Done for Xmas but Won't Sit Together

I really want a nice photograph taking of my 2 boys Dexter n Ralph but I know it's impossible for them to get them sitting lying or snuggling up together they just. Not like them sort of dogs x if one lies on bed other will lie on bed too but one at top n one at bottom xx how do u suggest we approach it x it's for my hubby off Me we always buy each other and I for one know they both so stubbourn the photographer would end up throwing towel in n going home lol xx
Photoshop them together on one photo than get a canvas print and paint on the top....nowadays artists do the same thing

Well how about this? You've heard of the human 3 legged race, well you could do a doggy 6 legged race, take your pick which ones you tie together. Oh dear, I shouldn't make fun but it is a funny problem!
We had a photoshoot with our kittens and the photographer was able to put individual shots of them together to make one nice pic. I think it's fairly standard stuff if you've got the skill; I wouldn't know how to go about it personally!
