The 666 Breakfast Challenge!
In the News
This café has started a new eating challenge called the 666 breakfast. You get six of everything. The price is £22 and if you eat it in under an hour you get it for free and a t shirt as a reward. Could you manage it? Only 2 people have so far. But my idea is to order it between two people. That's £11 each and i would be bringing the left overs home!!

I watch Beard meets food on youtube, such a likeable guy, him and his better half travel worldwide and he does these insane food challenges in record time I think I would struggle even with half the amount what's on the plate x
nina090976 I watch him too this wouldn't be a issue for him lol he will probably on YouTube doing it soon
I might have had a chance if it didn't have black pudding which I personally don't like. So sausages don't look very nice either.
The 6 slices of white bread would do me in!
£22 for all of that food isn't bad if you could split it or take some home.
I feel they've set it out that way too as the more you visually see the more your brain usually takes in, which is why they say if you are dieting buy smaller and white plates, because people see the extra space and tend the eat less. If you eat a tomato based pasta on a red plate, because it blends in with the plate you always usually want more afterwards too.
There are lots of places that do these sorts of challenges, I know that Atomic Burger did a Fall Out Challenge, although looking at their site you have to pay the £25 for it either way! You just get a winners T-shirt and Face on the Wall of Fame. I think it is more of if you can handle the heat of the sauce as well finishing it all. You have to sign a waver if you become ill afterwards or die, that no one can sue.

I think it is a silly idea, but each to their own, I won't be stuffing myself silly for a free meal or a prize...unless it was a billion pounds, that might be tempting. But it actually makes me feel very unwell watching people try too!
Sorry to go against the majority but I find this a disgusting example of food waste and over indulgence, helping the obesity crisis in the western world.
Lynibis It's definitely all that plus lots of other negatives including being highly processed food. Bread is the original processed food and then you have sausages and black pudding and the bacon is probably full of nitrates. It's incredibly dangerous probably just to eat a normal size portion of it let alone this mega portion.
Lynibis I totally agree with you. This is just encouraging people to eat more than they need plus eating it quickly is not good for you either
Lynibis Particularly when you think about the fact that there are people in the world who are going without food. Sadly, people take food for granted.
But they would know it’s for 2 people and therefore would invalidate the deal? Fine if you were going to pay and share anyway. I think these eating ‘challenges’ for one person are a silly idea. Unless you are very active could make yourself seriously obese and ill or much worse.
I love a fry up. It sets me up for the whole day when I have one shame it’s so fattening tho
When I was 20 years younger I could have probably done it, I could do half of it now but would struggle. For me now I think I would also get bored some way through.
I think i could do this , but i would have to starve myself for a few days before and not drink any fluids during the eat
I would get someone to sponsor me for charity and in that way i would feel more motivated , and also good publicity for the cafe
I would also have a first aider on standy for when i finished
Goodness me that is a lot of food. I definitely couldn't do it . But I do love a standard size fry up and has to have black pudding
I love watching the competitive food eating. I don't know how they do it and still be thin lol
Nope. I can eat a lot but that would do me in big time. Just the thought of it makes me feel sick
At the start I’d be feeling pretty confident in myself but i think about half way through i’d realise i can’t do it
Years ago Mr T wouldn't have had much of a problem with this, but time moves on and he struggles to eat much these days without feeling awful side effects so he wouldn't try this now for all the tea in China!
I am a vegetarian and wouldn't eat any of this type of food which is all over processed. The volume of food is too much which does not help with the obesity problem in the UK and worldwide.
Wow most are going on about obesity they do have a choice eat it or don't why is it everyone's else's problem when in fact it's down to the people who make there own decisions
I'd be really Ill for a week or more if I tried eating this much food. Just would make me really sick. I think you have a good idea of sharing it. That would work really well.
