Air Fryer, How Do You Cook Whole Meal in It?

Ask a Question

I wanted to buy an air fryer for health and saving electric reasons. When I went to purchase in store, I left empty handed as they all seemed so small. Am I missing something? I hoped to cooked all meal in there, but think half would still need to go in oven due to size.

You can cook a whole meal in an airfryer. We have a dual airfryer and large single airfryer. There will always be certain things that you can't make in an airfryer.

I have a 3.8 ltr which is considered small but I cooked a whole smallish chicken in it. When cooked I covered with foil and allowed to rest then put in spuds to roast and added frozen ready made yorkies and warmed up some stuffing I had frozen (left from last roast dinner) toward the end. Obviously I cooked the veg on the hob. It was plenty for 3 of us.

vixe80 I am single but if I were cooking for a family I would have bought one with two baskets, I presume you can use them individually.
