Alexa Not Singing

We have 3 Alexa 2 have stopped playing music. I suspect one of the kids messed with them as they was sending messages night before problem started any idea how to fix problem

Check your app settings for each device. Does anything happen at all when you speak to her ? My reoccurring issue is when I ask for radio 2 I get radio 2 cymru!
She will answer questions and a beeping alarm goes off. She claims to be playing music but can't hear it

Imnotcheap so it might be to do with the grouping of them. Defo check the app and see what action is selected. Or say Alexa: play such and such everywhere. And see what happens.
lynneh Instead of just asking for "Radio2", you could try the command "Alexa play BBC Radio Two" The extra "BBC" will appear to be a different command. It appears that once Alexa has decided her response to your old command was the desired one, that is what you're going to get whether you like it or not!

lynneh You must not shout at Alexa she sulks if you do. Ask her what S T F U means, she'll explain that she does, but if you try it when she carries on after she's answered your question but still rabbits on . She'll say "Sorry I don't know that" or "I'm not sure" SHE FIBS TOO!
I'm still waiting for her to 'learn' how to play my podcasts .... she seems to manage music....most of the time ... we are developing a love/hate relationship where I moan at her and she makes unhelpful responses!!!!!
Apart from current problem which is now sorted I normally only have problems in morning she does not understand when I'm half asleep I've set her up to tell me weather and anything on calendar with our playlist in morning
