Did anyone else see that we won’t be getting the extra reward of £2?! Now will get more surveys instead…

every month you automatically get £2! Which was so great!
Let’s hope that there are more surveys now…

I think these sorts of things are becoming a lot more popular now and the sites can’t keep up with the rewards because of this. Several of these sort of things, that I’m a member of, have reduced their rewards in the last year.
kitty88uk cashwalks was good in the beginning, you get coins for steps and i was getting a £5 voucher about once a week. Now it would take about 2 months to get a £5 voucher. That’s not too bad but the app slows down phones.
Yougov finance used to pay 500 points per account linked but now they changed it so something else.
Best app to make a little money atm for me is THX.

Ah I’ve no idea why but I do use YouGov but don’t call it finance lol

Imnotcheap yes you have to checked on the app more regularly to see if you have any surveys as there’s no notifications for them! There’s a long waiting list! My friend tried to join too
kitty88uk I did get notifications was wondering why they stopped. We do our weekly shop in several different shops to get better value and prefered brands so the 10 receipts are done quickly. I will definitely check more often now thanks

why no notifications for any surveys?! I just did two of them both at the same time the other day both 45p each so now have £5.90 yeah we do the same thing, can easily get 10 shopping receipts

Yeah I've had this. Only issue is I've only had one survey since December and that was for 10p 
KateGriff169 exactly surveys don’t come by often! I hardly get them! Two weeks ago got 10p just last week 50p
Rather get the £2 each month as it’s there as soon as it’s the first of every month!

kitty88uk yes, really odd, I had to send my phone in for repairs, so it was completely reset, I installed the app and had to rejoin
since then no receipt option, I will get in touch with them x
nina090976 oh is that what happened oh no! Did you drop your phone and how much it cost to fix it? That’s a shame, yeah the app has changed late yesterday I had the £2 from ads but then the notice came up again and now it’s just £5 from 10 receipts
kitty88uk the phone was still under guarantee so no charges, luckily. The charging port was damaged. It took 12hrs to charge. Customer service was brilliant, just had a courier pick up the phone and I had it back within three days x

kitty88uk it's a Samsung Ao5, yes you are right, everything is on my phone banking, the social aspect, school, etc...it's crazy how attached we are to phones, it's part of my every day routine
I'm not sure how it got damaged, there was no visible problem. It had all the recommended updates, it just didn't recognise a charge, it really was an awful experience, I use it for my running too, my sportswatch is synching my runs etc 
just an easier way to keep track. Yes, it was stressful, yet the Samsung team was brilliant, from picking up my phone to returning it within three days, I was really happy with that service x

and you didn’t know what to do without your phone right? Must have drove you crazy when you wanted to use your phone 
but forgot it’s been taken to get fixed lol happy that it’s all sorted out for you
So except for the app not being able to post receipts do you use any other shopping receipt apps?

it's great that people share deals and since I've been a member I've saved loads. I don't really do any other cash incentives to be fair, I used to have sweatcoin, i think I accumulated 18000 points, yet the reward scheme changed drastically, so it's near enough impossible to claim rewards. I love Tesco club card, every so often they have nice rewards where they double points, so that's always handy.
Yeah it drove me crazy without a phone, felt like I was stuck without technology, not the same with a laptop I like to use my phone when out&about X
Will wait and see if it does lead to more surveys. Fair enough if it does - Although at the end of the day this is pretty much free money so we cant complain too much if they reduce it a bit!
didbygraham yes that’s true, better than nothing, as long as can post receipts and earn £5 a month and get some surveys

LL81 most the surveys I've had is just asking if you've heard of particular brands and whether you're likely to purchase them or if you own stuff like a smart TV,

KateGriff169 yes that’s right with the surveys, I actually got two just the other day, 45p each so 90p better than nothing! And hopefully there will be more and hope you get them too!
