Recently Amy Dowden, one of the professional dancers on strictly come dancing, announced she has grade 3 breast cancer 
It's always sad to hear of someone's cancer diagnosis. I'm a big fan of Amy.. especially after seeing her documentary about battling with Crohn's disease.. you wouldn't think such a beautiful smiley young lady goes through so much agony before she appears to dance.
I've just signed one of those change campaigns to try and get the mammogram age screening down to 40.
NHS do invite you to a breast screening at the age of 40 and above but only if you have family history .. but Amy is 32 and her mother had breast cancer so I really think they should invite these particular women with a genetic factor much earlier
So do I ,I know of a lady of 27 going through the same thing,it's in the family ..Yes I signed too...
It's happening all the more and yet they don't check for it because of there age it's a joke cancer doesn't care what age they are so why is it not being checked
Leannexxx it's terrible... Apparently their argument is if they test earlier most of the tests come back normal so basically trying to say it will be a waste
Yes I think this screening should be lowered too, I know a girl in her early 30's that passed away leaving a young child, so sad.
