Do You Get Annoyed at Drivers Who Don't Turn Their Dipped Lights on in the Rain

I especially get annoyed at the new DRL front Only ones. Following behind you on a motorway no-one can see your car as there are no lights on at the rear. Doesn't it show up on the dash? I know some cars automatically turn on lights with wipers but so many probable more than half on my recent heavy rain journey had none.
Yes. It's because they're not actually thinking of anybody outside their own little box.
I get more annoyed with other drivers who leave the full beam on and dont dip it when coming towards you
Some people shouldn’t of passed their test lol. It’s not hard to turn on the lights. People probably think that the car does it all for them now with technology. People become more lazy. 
I get annoyed with other drivers full stop. So I choose not to drive but I get chauffeured around. Best for everyone.
