Anyone like Baileys? How about This One?

Ask a Question

Sounds absolutely yummy but at the price of £48.99 I think I will have to give it a miss!

Lynbis - I am speechless. I have never paid more than £12 for Bailey's original only. I wouldn't buy it even if it was selling for £12.

jam45 my thoughts exactly. I know it's a limited edition but surely it just means adding a bit of extra favouring (as they do for other flavours of Baileys).

I love the original but don’t drink much now. I definitely won’t be at that price either.

JLouM I haven't done so for ages but love a drop of original Baileys in my coffee.

This variety was a limited edition St.Patrick's Day release for the USA. It's not officially available in the UK yet so any sellers that have got hold of it are adding a nice mark up. As you say Lynibis adding a few drops of flavour and colouring (it's green!) will give similar results.

Buy 1 bottle over Xmas just to have in me coffee b4 bed just the 1 litre when on offer for £10 that's more than enough for me

Trying their luck. It's wholly unwarranted and unnecessary.

Last year Baileys were advertising the strawberries and cream flavour. I bought a bottle and not even opened it yet. I think I would prefer this mint one.

Pjran I love mint flavour in most things, especially mint choc chip ice cream and I would definitely give this Baileys a go if it were under £25. I am practically teetotal so any alcoholic drink is a waste of money to me.

I for one wouldn't pay that price, quite happy to stick to my original for a Christmas treat 😀.

I only buy baileys on offe so this would have to be a no. Does look nice and lovely colour

Imnotcheap yes, it wouldn't attract much interest if it were in a plain brown bottle. These consumer psychologists know what they're doing.

£48! Is the bottle diamond encrusted?

SaveMeSunday that sounds yummy and would be especially good with this flavour, I would add ice cream to thicken it up.

I don't like drinking baileys neat but love the smell of it. I did have a Baileys milk shake in the past which was lovely with cornish ice cream.

BonzoBanana I may have to buy an ordinary bottle for milkshakes in this weather rather than in hot coffee.

I would never pay £48.99 for a bottle of Baileys no matter what flavour It Is. I only buy Baileys when Its on offer. I stocked up a few months ago when a Litre was £12.00. Bargain.

Also has some new Baileys dupes that sound really good. They already have their own original version but have now introduced Ballycastle's Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter which tastes like Reeses cups, while the hazelnut chocolate one is for Nutella fans.

Ohhhh daughter & I love pouring Baileys over desserts to liven them up or having a Baileys Hot Chocolate but definitely won't buy it unless on offer at £12!

I’d love to try it but would never pay that. Would be a huge waste if you found out you didn’t like it
