Oh dear you must feel a little disappointed especially if you’ve stayed in waiting. I can only say I was so pleased with the delivery from Argos last week. Only cost £3 for next day delivery and had confirmation immediately and texts giving a couple of hours time frame. I was impressed with their service.

Deliveries are definitely less reliable this time of year, temporary workers are often employed and cause issues and we now have a royal mail strike so more people will be using other couriers. I've sold a few things on ebay and have my fingers crossed they all arrive without issue. I'm not expecting most of them to arrive before Christmas but I do hope they actually arrive.

It’s annoying when you have the option to select a day and then they don’t turn up 🤯 especially when people have to wait all day for them to not arrive or even let you know that they are not arriving, and then they only have a stupid Robot that you can talk to 🤦🏻‍♀️They should not be allowed to get away with making promises they cannot possibly keep, it’s ridiculous now I have another Day of waiting and hoping they turn up, they are Quick to take your money pity they don’t honour the promises especially when you pay for the date and they can’t be bothered to let you know they are not going to arrive 🤦🏻‍♀️

Leannexxx snap I have had lots of problems with Evri and I have had orders arrive with holes in the package as if someone tried to look inside the package, I had the same delivery people when they were Hermes and everything he Delivered he would make remarks about the amount of items he had delivered and then say have you won the lottery because you are always shopping on line 🤯 I said it’s upto me how much shopping I do online and if it wasn’t for customers like me shopping online you wouldn’t have a Job and you are paid to Deliver orders not make comments on the amount of shopping I do, and when you are paying for my orders then you can comment until then please keep your opinion to yourself 🤣

marie009 I remember buying a load of stuff from Amazon warehouse some of which was only a few pence and was amazed to find on this occasion it came as 6 different deliveries and the order only just went past £20. I can imagine someone might think I had loads of money ordering all the time but it was the weird way Amazon shipped the order. It doesn't surprise me Amazon lost over a billion in Europe last year on $55 billion of sales, seems a very wasteful organisation.

I am still surprised a company runs its business at a loss to destroy its competitors and that is allowed. There used to be anti-dumping rules which prevented companies in Asia selling into Europe at a loss but this is no different in business terms.

I tend to do a collection in store to guarantee I get the item. But it’s been ages since I’ve bought from them

We ordered a cooker in the summer from argos, which we wanted ASAP as ours had stopped working completely. They delayed the delivery 3 times and we ended up waiting 6 weeks for it. We didn't even get an apology.
