McDonald's Introduces New Oreo Frappe But Says Goodbye To Biscoff Frappe
- McDonald's to launch a new Oreo Frappe in the UK and Ireland
- Biscoff Frappe to be discontinued today
- New summer menu items also announced
McDonald’s is set to introduce a major menu change with the launch of a brand new Oreo Frappe, available from tomorrow. As the fast-food chain welcomes the new addition, it will bid farewell to the much-loved Biscoff Frappe, which will be available for the last time today.
Food enthusiasts can look forward to the Oreo Frappe, featuring a vanilla base blended with ice and Oreo pieces, topped with whipped cream and more Oreo crumbles. The regular size will be priced at £3.09, with the large costing £3.39. This refreshing treat will be available until September 3rd across all UK and Republic of Ireland McDonald’s outlets.
The introduction of the Oreo Frappe comes as part of McDonald's new summer menu, which launched on May 29th. The summer menu includes items like the Hat Trick burger, Skittles McFlurry, and Galaxy Caramel McFlurry, among others. Each of these items will be available for a limited time, so fans are encouraged to try them while they can.
One social media user expressed excitement, saying, “We will definitely have to try this.” However, not all reactions are positive. Some fans of the Biscoff Frappe are disappointed with its removal. “The Biscoff Frappe is the best creation you’ve ever made – how can you not make it permanent?” one user lamented on social media.
Tom Church, Co-Founder of LatestDeals.co.uk, commented, "McDonald's continues to innovate its menu, keeping it fresh and exciting for customers. The new Oreo Frappe is bound to be a hit this summer."
