McCoy's Launches Two New 'American Road Trip' Flavours
- McCoy's introduces Grilled Cheese and Flamin' Fajita crisps
- Inspired by American road trip comfort foods
- Available at Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, and Sainsbury’s
McCoy's has unveiled two new crisp flavours inspired by the culinary delights found on an American road trip. The new additions, "Grilled Cheese" and "Flamin' Fajita," are part of McCoy's "Epic Eats" range and aim to capture the essence of US comfort food.
The Grilled Cheese flavour seeks to replicate the taste of a perfectly toasted cheese sandwich, offering a nostalgic and rich taste experience. Meanwhile, the Flamin' Fajita flavour promises to deliver a spicy kick, reminiscent of the Mexican-blended cuisine found in Texas.
McCoy's marketing director, Amy Heap, expressed excitement about the new flavours: “We are thrilled to be expanding the McCoy’s Epic Eats range for fans who are seeking something fresh and exciting. At McCoy’s, we’re famous for delivering bold flavours with an unbeatable crunch, and our new Grilled Cheese and Flamin’ Fajita flavours do not disappoint!”
Priced at £2.25 for a six-pack, these new crisps will be available at Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, and Sainsbury’s. The launch aligns with a growing trend towards spicier crisp flavours, with recent research indicating that younger consumers are favouring hotter varieties over traditional ones like salt and vinegar or cheese and onion.
Tom Church, Co-Founder of LatestDeals.co.uk, commented, "McCoy's continues to innovate with bold and exciting flavours. These new additions are sure to be a hit with customers looking for something different and delicious."
