TV Series BBC Doctors Cancelled

I haven't watched it in ages, the last few years just got silly so stopped watching it

About time. They've been flogging that dead horse for years

I haven't watched it for years. Used to watch it when I was younger during the school holidays. I tired to watch it recently but had to turn over as I didn't enjoy it.

I watch it with an elderly neighbour. If I'm not doing anything else, he loves it. I am just baking some bread and buns for him they should take some of the others off

Sorry but I thought it was rubbish, it made me cringe. I think probably overload because episode every day with same wooden actors. The stories were a bit far fetched too.

Never heard of it, then again I never watch BBC stuff.

All the other soaps should follow suit.

I saw this yesterday, last episodes airing in december 2024 so fans have another year yet. Can’t say I’ve ever watched more than the odd episode myself but i did enjoy seeing local landmarks as I’m from the midlands

I'm 87 years of age & have enjoyed watching Doctors for many many years. I am sure there are many younger than me who will be as saddened as I am about this news

It’s not ending completely. You’ll still be able to get Doctors via telephone.

I do catch up so can take it or leave it. However it does brighten the day after the news.

I rarely watch television these days as so much is rubbish. We have so much rubbish because the rubbish programs are cheaper to make. The prime time soaps are particularly disgusting showing the worst animalistic behaviour of society over and over again. You can see this behaviour being copied in the fly on the wall programs about the police dealing with louts. I’m not sure if the doctors comes into this category. If it doesn’t it should be programs like East Enders that should be cut.

I haven’t watched it from I was a child but think it’s shame it’s being cancelled. There are so many dr who fans out there who live for it every week. They’ll just have to watch all the old series cos hopefully they’ll keep them on bbc player cos I think it’s show that will be highly missed

I've seen bits of it when I've visited my mother's seems dull even by soap opera standards with bland dialogue and weak writing. Crossroads seemed more exciting.
