Best Home Insurance
Ask a Question
Planning to take home insurance. Can someone suggest the right insurance which gives better service
This is a very, very tricky question to ask. I tried to claim on my home insurance for my damaged roof and was told the roof it is wear and tear. In other words no. A well known building society beginning with a S.
It depends what kind of coverage you want and how much you are willing and able to pay for it. We've been with a few companies and never had any issues, but we've never has to make a claim. Provider we are with now has been the cheapest for the cover we want for a few years so we have stuck with them.
Go onto a price comparison site, find one you want on there and then try going direct to see if you get it even cheaper.
It is hard to know which one provides the best service unless you have had to claim.

I hope you will answer some of the members comments on your last 3 topics. Some have been direct questions and it would be nice if you could reply to those who take the trouble.
Suggest that you use some comparison sites to help you choose and make sure you get the level of cover that you need, read through things throughly.
Latest000 please reply to people who have taken the time to answer you on your chat posts and you need to also give your own answers when asking questions about how you would invite for dinnet etc - the points for chat are only given if you interact with people. Any questions please ask thank you and have a great week.
I just go with who ever is cheaper after doing the comparison. I've never made a claim on home insurance. I typically pay about £80 a year for home and contents and get about £40 back through cashback so about £40-50 a year or a £1 a week. I wish my car insurance was as cheap.
