I've never heard of the app before. I must say I'm not a big fan of audio books. They just aren't for me. I tend to find the narrators voice annoying.

I tried listening to audio books while doing walks and when I get really interested in the story I'm completely distracted which is not great for crossing roads etc. I find music better and actually less distracting for me. Also when other stuff is going on I lose my place in the audio book and its difficult and time consuming when walking to go back to the bit you missed. I do have quite a few audio books I've collected over time. Some of them were on youtube and I used a youtube to mp3 converter to make audiobooks. That is a simple and cheap way of getting audiobooks but of course those audiobooks on youtube rely on advertising to fund them and the downloader removes all adverts.
