Boundless Membership versus BLUELIGHT Card ?

Have just came across this membership for NHS etc like the Bluelight card benefits,Boundless has an annual fee but you seem to get a lot more discounts freebies etc.
Has anyone signed up to this and got any experiences of using this card,good or bad ?
I’m in Scotland,included is access to all National Trust in Scotland seems good value,which is 1 of the offers.
