Cash Converters Online Shop

Money Saving

Came across this,as didn’t realise they were online and their is some fab bargains to be had, some not so good, free to collect if it’s in your local store too but delivery charges are reasonable.

Has anyone had any experience of using the online shop 👍🏽

Yes I've bought from them in the past online. Generally ok but descriptions aren't always fair. There are bargains but there are also many very high prices for goods. You really have to trawl the site to find the occasional very decent price.

BonzoBanana Thanks,I thought that but worth the trawl if a big enough discount and conditio,as you say, check all descriptions and compare 👍🏽

BonzoBanana Yeah the pawn shop type retailers don't often miss a trick with their pricing, I often find CEX in particular actually charge almost the same price for their second hand items, that you get can brand new on amazon

Crikey, are they still going, that was my oldest son's first job 30+ years ago and our local one closed down ages ago.

smallbike1961 The similar chain Cash Generator has closed in Yeovil for a few years and no one is occupying that store. Yeovil town centre is in a very poor state. The council is spending money sprucing it up but all the work is causing if anything more shops to close as its disruptive. What they really needed to do is lower costs for shops so they can compete with online. It's a lot of tax payers money that will be wasted and it won't surprise me if the end results are vandalised anyway. I quite liked Cash Generator while it was there but their prices were a little high, higher than CEX for example so I don't think they ever had good turnover.

There is also a Cash Generator site online that operates like the Cash Converter site.

I've never bought from them, but they opened a shop where I live recently and they always seem to be busy.
