Cat Becomes an Amateur 'Plumber Gas Engineer' to Find Leak

This cat in Wales didn't have a Level 3 Diploma in Gas Utilisation Installation and Maintenance, but he managed to help locate a gas leak under a ladies floorboards that could have blown the house up with the flick of a light switch
She noticed her cat trying to dig under her carpet and could hear noises from the same area too
When she called the gas board they advised her to call a plumber gas engineer to have a look
When he arrived he noticed a big drop in pressure and going to the same spot the cat was digging he lifted the carpet and floorboards
There he found a large hole in the pipe with gas gushing out which he repaired
In effect the cat saved her life and possible destruction of her home
Cats have super hearing and the cat possibly thought there were mice under the floorboards
Regardless it was a Purrfect outcome to the tail that could have been a catastrophic incident

arussell322 True A, you normally hear this type of thing about rescue dogs etc , but cats are just as resilient
Cats smell things like some dogs do.Some have detected tumours,diabetes,smoke fires etc.
