Cat Brings Camelias to Her Owner Everyday.
In the News
Lovely story I stumbled on where a cat brings its owner Camelias everyday.More poignant perhaps that Camelias are poisonous to cats.
What a beautiful cat and lovely story. Cats often have very quirky personalities which is one of the reasons they are so wonderful. I'm a big softy for cats.
BonzoBanana I thought this might appeal to you Sir.I'm a crazy cat lady.Always have been.
telmel Some cats bring spiders and dead mice. This one is a bit more thoughtful lol.
MelissaLee1 My cat supplies headless mice and birds and half length slow worms I'd much prefer fresh flowers.
Such a beautiful, if Click Bait, story. This is so enjoyable to watch at first glance but I cannot help to be concerned at what little nasties might be hitching a lift on the Camelia. Ants would be the least of this ladies worries, but flowers also carry a lot of other unwelcome creepy crawleys and I for one would like to bug free flowers brought into my home.
Phoenix hunts Mousies, once found a Koi Carp outside near our bin....Saw Phoenix on the fence a few houses down looking over, I presume that's where he or one of his friends brought it from as his friends all visit our garden!
I can guarantee that when we look out of our conservatory window at night when our cats are having their supper at home there is at least one cat on our wall directly outside looking in, waiting for our cats to come out.
Phoenix is allowed a night run, one of his cat friends escorts him home most nights around 10pm then sits outside on the wall!!
janphoenix51 My mum's cat was a house cat until recently. Now that she has acquired a taste for the outdoors she will wear you to the ground with her pedantic pacing up and down and miaowing until she gets her way. She's a good girl though and is always waiting at the back door to come back in the warm and sleep on my bed before midnight!
janphoenix51 Your cat is beautiful and it sounds like he is living his cat life to the full. I'm so glad he has a group of friends. They are keeping the equilibrium of garden life near to your home too, there are mices etc but not too many of them. It must be wonderful to watch them, have you had any thoughts about installing a video camera in your garden?

Phoenix with red collar, chatting with his black & white friend who we recently found out was called Ollie but to us he will always be known by the nickname Mr Biscuits because as soon as we open our door....There he is wanting Biscuits!
I recently found out where Mr Biscuits lived after knocking on a door on the road up from us where he was sat meeeeooooowing on a bin!
The young lady confirmed he was her cat & I asked his name Ollie she replied. I told her he comes around our house & hangs out with Phoenix our black cat, told her about Ollie's love of Cat Biscuits & the nickname we gave him. I asked if it was ok for us to still use the nickname for him & if it was ok for us to give him Biscuits, she smiled & said yes..
The other black cat near the shed I've never seen before but like our Mr Biscuits he has a neat bow tie so wondered if he was his sibling...x
No as much as we love our Naughty Torti Topaz & Black cat Phoenix we don't need a camera on the back, Phoenix tossing mousies in the air before mutilating them, my partner has found headless mousies on our patio before so no thanks, myself & our 25 year old daughter are TERRIFIED of finding anything horrid..
A few years ago Phoenix stole a Magpie Fledging from its nest, proceeding to eat it on our lawn, left a leg that's all! My partner & our daughter were coming back from watching a Tennis Tournament & I was at work , the screams of our daughter when she saw what Phoenix had done, she was distraught!
Excuse the lawn, weather not been fit to cut it & both partner & I been working long hours..
janphoenix51 Oh I love your cats, I could forgive their mouse mischief as they're only being true to themselves. I can understand your thoughts on the camera but the photograph is lovely to see. Thankyou so much for taking the time to tell us about Mr O Biscuits and Phoenix it has started my day off with a smile.

I had beautiful orange lillies where that fence is years ago, my fence used to be behind the lillies which were on a raised bed..
Daughter then around 14, BANNED me from having lillies as they were TOXIC to cats & she was scared Phoenix & his torti sister Topaz would get poisoned ..
janphoenix51 My mum won't have lilies in the house either.Worthwhile sacrifice for such lovely fur balls.
