Christmas Breakfast

My daughter wants to come over to our home for a Christmas breakfast. We usually have cereal and toast so I’m after some ideas to posh it up a bit. Any suggestions greatly received.
eyeballkerry Pancakes with maple syrup. Poached egg and smoked salmon on toast. French toast topped with cinnamon/apple. Will it be an early breakfast or late morning and depending on time of Christmas meal you could maybe make it more of brunch.

Depends what your daughter likes and how much trouble you want to go to For us Christmas breakfast is usually cereal , toasted fresh cut bread or crumpets and breakfast rolls/muffins filled with bacon or sausage patties and eggs.
