How to Cool down Cats in This Weather?

My poor cat is really struggling with the heat. Does anyone have any tips or ways tgey have found help?

MelissaLee1 mine just seems to wander from spot to spot looking exhausted/overwhelmed!
MelissaLee1 I totally agree with, our cat keeps laying out in the garden. We bring her in because it is cooler but she just goes out again. I know dogs know how to find cool places so cat’s probably do too.
vixe80 We have a large box by a door where the air blows through, our cat likes to sit on that for a while. Maybe find a draught in your home and set up a place for your cat. If we open all our doors we get a nice breeze come through.
eyeballkerry that's a great idea, I shall get looking for a draughty place to pop her bed.
Our cats like curling up in the plastic bowls or on the tiled floor cos it's cool..
We add Ice Cubes to their water & put the Cat Yoghurt Sticks in the freezer so they can lick them like an Ice Lolly which they both like..
Both like lying in the conservatory,Phoenix in an old box that they have used that much it's now their shape!!

Nadiaparveen ...They are beautiful & we love them to bits but how I wish they didn't hunt Mousies!
Every few days there is a new body & I can't deal with it so I get my partner or neighbours to get rid of the body..
The little 11 year old next door got rid of a body for me,I gave him & his cousin gloves & bags to put it in & rebag it 3 more times then put it in the his bin..I supervised everything from a distance & rewarded them with Chocolate!!
A cool mat. You can get reusable ice packs that you could put out for the cat to lie on maybe
Jerseydrew I hadn't thought about a cool mat. Think I saw some in b&m bot long ago for dogs. I will have a look.thanks.
