Does anyone actually date these days and what are the best online dating sites help a girl out lol
I once went on a date about 30 years ago and got stood up. I think they use tinder nowadays
Pfs I remember I used Tinder for about 1-2 weeks, added two photos, "liked" a photo, and etc, but nothing happened. Seemed to me I had to pay for a subscription if I wanted the full Tinder experience.
I ended up deleting my account. I'll eventually find a woman.
I've never used it but I have heard people talk about it. It wouldn't bother me that if I had to use it I would.
Didn't have dating sites in my day, usually met someone through friends or on nights out in the pubs lol.
I wouldn't know where to start but my cousin met his partner through a dating website and they've been together about 5 years now. So it can be successful, maybe try a few sites out and see what you prefer.
Midnightflower every platform will have a success rate but I bet it's minute compared to the unsuccessful ones. I would be surprised if even 1 in a hundred led to a long term relationship.
It is a very sad world that needs dating sites to meet someone. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole although I have in the past, disaster after disaster. One guy wore nappies, dummy etc and wanted to be mothered (we never met), another, when I agreed to meet, said to let him know where and when so he could book a hotel! Lots of other disasters.
Because people don't entertain anymore, live their lives on social media, they rarely meet prospective partners. Back in the day people went out in mixed company, invited single friends to dinner to see if there was a spark. The whole world has changed due to tech, some for good but other snatching life away from us.
I haven't been on a date in nearly 11 years. I can't help with dating sites as I met my husband 11 years ago at uni. I have a bunch of friends who have used dating sites, only 2 of them led to successful relationships. I've heard some real horror stories from them. There will of course be success stories in amongst the bad experiences. Just got to try different ones I suppose.
I've never been on a dating site but I did meet my other half on Facebook because he commented on something that I put and from then we would talk everyday after 3 months we met in person been together now 12 years and two kids
I haven't used dating sites in 5-6yrs and tbh these days think most don't date but use those sites to pick up and not serious.
See if there is any dating events in areas near you as sometimes there are events to encourage people to try online dating just be careful and make sure you let people know where you are if you do go through any event.
None of them girl. NONE. It can be a dangerous game. Hopefully you'll come across someone in real life. Usually happens when you least expect it. Online - especially in this day and age, people portray themselves as someone they truly aren't. Please be cautious
Stay away from any Dating site and meet someone outside naturally. At least then you can actually see and feel If that`s the right person for you. Better In person then behind a screen.
