You need to log in then look at customer services and then contact details will show you can send a message. You need to look how long the wait period was for pay out - it should show tracking and estimated pay out date on your account. Hope this helps

Good luck, personally I have very little success with them if my Cashback gets declined or doesn't track ,even thou I always submit a claim . I', also finding more and more purchases either not tracking with them or getting declined these days.

kate1310 If your go to the Dashboard where your earnings are listed you can clearly see if it's been declined or if it;'s still pending . On the same page over on the right you will see + sign click on that it it will give you more information about how long the cashback is likely to take.

3 months + for some retailers is not uncommon thou.

Currys? Hah! They rejected my cashback on TCB and Quidco. If I buy from them, I won't bother going through TCB/Quidco since they refuse to pay. Pretty scummy behavior.

But hey, contact TCB's Customer Service. Good luck.

You can read reviews from TCB users here: www.topcashback.co.uk/currys/reviews/ (change to Newest First)

Edit: If you want guaranteed cashback, use a card that gives with purchases such as Chase (Debit Card), Aqua (Credit Card), Amex (Credit Card), etc.

kate1310 I read they can accept or decline the cashback so it doesn't look good on Currys for rejecting so often. That's a retailer I won't be buying just for doing that.

I’ve had loads rejected but remain positive as you will get some payable so you’ll get some small amounts and they build up.

kate1310 if it’s an item of some value I would certainly raise it with top cashback but often on mine it might just be toiletries from Superdrug.

kate1310 definitely raise a missing cash claim. They don’t sort these things quickly but it’s worth persevering.

Just raise a support ticket with TCB, over the years I have had some declined but most have eventually paid out, they seem to take a bit longer these days but worth the wait.

I've not used the app but use it through their website occasionally.

I've had just under £40 from them in the past, most sites won't work if you use their monthly payment options or a discount code.

I know you've had your answered but...

www.topcashback.co.uk/account/enquiries/

www.facebook.com/topcashback

twitter.com/Top_CashBack

www.instagram.com/top_cashback/

I hope you get it sorted.

Always make sure you have the most up to date version of the apps too.
